Conclusions:
This series demonstrates that DSAEK is a viable and effective surgical option in patients with glaucoma drainage devices. Despite the presence of a tube which allows for air to escape, filling the anterior chamber with air and keeping patients supine for 2 hours appears to provide enough tamponade to prevent graft dislocation in this series. Revision of the shunt is warranted to ensure the tube is far away from the graft.
