Materials/Methods:
Eyes that were suitable candidates were prospectively enrolled to undergo supracapsular spinning phacoemulsification. Preoperative and 1 and 3 month postoperative pachymetry and automated endothelial cell counts were obtained. Intraoperative phacoemulsification parameters were recorded and stratified.
