Materials/Methods:
We retrospectively reviewed the records of pseudophakic patients with significant vitreous floaters who underwent a pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) with 25-gauge transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy. Main outcome measures were postoperative visual acuity, incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction.
