Materials/Methods:
10 eye bank corneas were randomized in 2 groups of 5. All corneas had Descemet's membrane removed and were fixed on an artificial anterior chamber with BSS as the background at 20 mmHg (27.2 cm H2O) pressure. Following epithelial removal. group A received UVA CCL at 3mW/cm2 for 30 minutes, both groups: 0.1% riboflavin drops given every 2 minutes for 30 minutes. The cornea clarity and thickness pre-and post-UVA CCL/control were assessed with slit lamp, ultrasound pachymetry and the Pentacam.
