Materials/Methods:
Retrospective study of 5 patients with previous tube shunt surgery who underwent DSAEK for corneal edema. The DSAEK technique was modified such that at the end of surgery, the anterior chamber was filled with air, and patients kept supine for 1-2 hours without removing any air post-operatively. Clinical features such as best corrected visual acuity, graft adherence, central corneal thickness, and intraocular pressure were evaluated.
