Results:
Corneal NV was significantly decreased in bevacizumab group than control group at 8 days after injection by biomicography and fluorescein angiography. Histologically, the cornea of bevacizumab group also showed musch less new vessel than that of control group. Bevacizumab was shown to have inhibitory effect on VEGF-induced HUVEC proliferation, migration, and tube formation.
