Results:
Preoperative visual acuity was CF, and IOP was zero. Postoperatively, visual acuity was 20/100 and IOP was 15mmHg on no medications at one year follow-up. Anterior segment imaging showed closure of the entire cleft, and excellent reconstruction of the anterior chamber and angle, with a well-positioned iris-sutured PCIOL.
