Fifty cataract patients with a history of tamsulosin (Flomax) use had cataract surgery with Aqualase utilizing a specific surgical technique. Complications such as iris damage, posterior capsule rupture, iris prolapse, excessive corneal endothelium damage, and suture use were recorded.
