Conclusions:
Preliminary results have shown that MF group presents higher intraop parameters, longer surgical time and induces greater cell loss in harder nucleus. Ozil technology is a safe, effective and predictable method for phacoemulsification. Kelman microtip seems to be the best option, especially in dense cataracts.
