1995 - 98 Consultant ophthalmologist – Corneal Laser Centre, Liverpool, England.He takes credit for introducing the first Lasik procedure in England, in the year 1995 at the Leeds Corneal Laser centre. He is one of the pioneers in Laser Refractive surgeries.
1996 MD& CEO, Maxivision Laser Centre Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India.
In the year 1996, Dr.Reddy came back to India and established the first Lasik centre in India. Dr.Reddy single handedly conducted 22,000 + PRK and LASIK procedures from 1991 to 2006. Maxivision also deliveres free treatment to 20% of people.
