Materials/Methods:
Tirty five patients were submitted to MICP through a 2.2mm slit knife CCI. They were divided in groups regarding 2.4, 2.2 and 2.0mm incision length and angle to the endothelial plane. All eyes were submitted to a fluorescein Seidel test at the end of the surgery and a Scheimpflug Pentacam examination 2 to 4 hours after the procedure in order to evaluate CCI architecture and defects.
