Materials/Methods:
A case report of a 5 year old girl with uveitis, and cataracts is presented. Bilateral involvement with band keratopathy, iris atrophy, pupillary membrane, cataracts, and multifocal choroiditis OU. A cataract surgery was planned for both eyes. After removing the pupillary membrane in the right eye (left eye was left aphakic due to the possible uveitis diagnosis), a lens without opacity is seen with an anterior capsule intact. The lens was not removed.
