Materials/Methods:
Retrospective study of nine cases in eight patients who experienced DSAEK graft failure. All tissue was pre-cut by the eye bank. Failed graft specimens were examined by light microscopy. Features such as keratocyte death, stromal architecture and endothelial appearance, were noted. Imaging software was used to measure the central and peripheral thickness of each graft.
