Materials/Methods:
Retrospective comparison of refractive outcomes of age- and refraction-matched patients was performed at one- and three-months after LASIK with WaveLight Allegretto wavefront-optimized (WL; 71 eyes at 1 month, 57 eyes at 3 months); LADARVision 6000 conventional (L6000; 84 eyes at 1 month, 89 eyes at 3 months); LADARVision 4000 conventional (L4000C; 69 eyes at 1 month, 84 eyes at 3 months); LADARVision 4000 CustomCornea (L4000W; 78 eyes at 1 month, 69 eyes at 3 months). IntraLase 60 kHz was used to create flaps in all cases. P-values < 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
