Materials/Methods:
Four thousand six hundred questionnaires were mailed to all US ASCRS members in active practice. Approximately a 14% response rate was obtained. The questionnaire was a multiple choice scannable form whose returnee was anonymous. The cataract questions were cross tabbed by phaco volume and the refractive questions were cross tabbed by LASIK volume. Responses are also compared to previous years' for comparison to look for changes.
