Results: Visual acuity of both eyes was 20/20. The right eye showed mild corneal edema, pigment dusting on the corneal endothelium, pigmented nodules on the anterior surface of the iris, iris atrophy, ectropion uveae and superotemporal PAS. Advanced glaucomatous optic nerve atrophy as corroborated by the HRT was seen. Specular microscopy revealed markedly pleomorphic endothelial cells and a specular count of 2136 cells/mm2. Trabeculotomy and trabeculectomy with Mitomycin C was performed as intra-ocular pressure did not decrease on maximal medical management. Electron microscopy of the trabeculum and iris tissue revealed remnants of descemet's like membrane, pathological fibrosis and melanocytosis.
