Results:
All the patients had improved UCVA from the day after operation until 12th month. Mean spherical equivalent refraction at postoperative 1, 3, 6, 12th month was respectively -0.78ñ0.72D, -0.75ñ 0.74D, -0.73ñ 0.52D, -0.78ñ 0.54D in ICL group and was -0.70ñ0.61D, -0.55ñ 0.56D, -0.54ñ 0.56D, -0.78ñ 0.59D in iris fixed intraocular lens group. In same period, endothelial cell density loss was 4.91%, 4.99%, 4.99%, 5.34% in ICL group respectively and was -0.10%, 0.20%, 0.49%, 0.83% respectively in iris fixed intraocular lens group. There was no significant complicaions in both group.
