Results:
The mean corneal thickness measurement using Pentacam was thicker than that of Orbscan by 18.2um, but they showed good correlations. The radius of BFS in both anterior posterior corneal surfaces had no difference between two devices. Anterior elevation was similar and highly correlated, but posterior elevation showed significant discrepancy between two devices(3.5um by Pentacam, 47.4um by Orbscan). No correlation was found in posterior elevation measurements between two devices. In anterior chamber depth, Pentacam measurements was thicker than Orbscan measurements(3.09mm by Pentacam, 2.95mm by Orbscan). The interdevice difference of posterior elevation measurements showed significant correlation with that of corneal thickness measurements.
