Materials/Methods:
An external cyclopexy using polypropylene suture fixation under scleral flaps and cutdowns over the cleft, 300 degrees around the globe was performed. The ACIOL was explanted, and a suture pupilloplasty was performed. A 3-piece foldable acrylic PCIOL was sutured to the peripheral iris. Surgical time was 3 hours and 48 minutes. Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, IOP, photography, anterior-segment OCT and UBM will be presented.
