Materials/Methods:
A 62 year-old female patient presented with a history of snakebite 8 days before her presentation on her left leg with cellulitis. She was treated with antisnake venom at a local clinic 7 days before. She complained of sudden decrease in her visual acuity with a history of one day. Bilateral best corrected visual acuity showed FC 30 cm and slit lamp examination findings were normal. Pupils showed regular size and normal reaction to light and there was no ptosis nor limitation in extraocular muscle movement. Fundus examination showed diffuse retinal & subretinal hemorrhage in her both eyes.
