Results:
The most common intraoperative problem was fluctuation in the anterior chamber depth 18 eyes (58%), others include the presence of posterior capsule plaque 8 eyes (26%), Silicon Oil efflux in anterior chamber 3 eyes (10%), posterior capsular tear 2 eyes (6%), zonular dialysis 1 eye (3%). Postoperatively BCVA was improved 29 eyes (93%), Retinal redetachment 1 eye (3%), corneal edema 17 eyes (55%), transient IOP rise 7 eyes (23%), fibrinous exudation in 4 eyes (13%).
